Bài báo này giới thiệu khái quát phương pháp và quá trình chế tạo vật liệu nanocomposite nền epoxy sử dụng organobentonite và các ôxít ZnO/ZrO2/Al2O3 cỡ hạt nano làm chất gia cường. Các phương pháp tiêu chuẩn HV, uốn 3 điểm, kéo… được dùng để xác định các chỉ tiêu cơ học đặc trưng của màng phủ vật liệu mới trên nền thép Q235. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy các chất gia cường đã cải thiện đáng kể tính chất cơ học đặc trưng của màng phủ.
