Để đáp ứng yêu cầu Khoản B-1 Công ước quốc tế về quản lý kiểm soát nước dằn và cặn lắng của tàu (BWM) 2004 và hướng dẫn của IMO thực hiện nghị quyết MEPC.127(53) về quản lý nước dằn và phát triển của kế hoạch quản lý nước dằn. Bài báo đưa ra một số giải pháp mang tính chất tạm thời cho chủ tàu Việt Nam trước việc đáp ứng kiểm tra của PSC trong thời gian gấp rút tới đây để chuẩn bị cho việc hoàn thiện xây dựng hệ thống quản lý nước dằn tiêu chuẩn như công ước yêu cầu.
To meet the requirements of regulation B-1 of International Convention for the Control and Management of Ship’s Ballast Water and Sediments (BWM) 2004 and the MEPC.127(53) resolution guidelines of IMO for ballast water management and development of ballast water management plans. The article presents some provisional solutions to Vietnam ship-owners for the requirements of Port State Control (PSC) on the next time to prepare for the complete construction of the ballast-water management system as the Convention requires.
