Việc dự đoán quỹ đạo trôi dạt của vật thể bị nạn trên biển là hết sức quan trọng, có ý nghĩa rất lớn quyết định thành công của công tác tìm kiếm cứu nạn. Độ chính xác của công tác dự đoán quỹ đạo trôi dạt phụ thuộc nhiều vào thông tin dự báo thời tiết trên biển. Báo cáo này trình bày việc tổng hợp và đánh giá, đề xuất nguồn thông tin thời tiết mô hình mô phỏng Monte-Carlo sử dụng cho việc dự đoán sự trôi dạt của vật thể trên vùng biển phía Nam Việt Nam.
Drift estimation for objects in distress at sea is of great importance as it is the deciding factor of success search and rescue operation. The motion of a drifting object on the sea surface is dependent on the forcasted weather information. In this paper, the author focus on the collecting, classifying, evaluating and proposing the weather information source and Monte-Carlo simulation model for forecasting the drift of objects on the southern Part of Vietnamese sea.
